Mr Bryce Leow assumed the role of Director of Operations of SSW Group in September 2024 , where he focuses on driving operational excellence across the group. In this capacity, Bryce oversees the optimization of processes, integration of technology, and implementation of best practices to enhance efficiency and support sustainable growth for the organization.
With over 19 years of experience in operations and supply chain management, Bryce has held leadership roles in the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF) and the healthcare sector.
Prior to his current role, Bryce served as the Director of Supply Chain & Operations in the Healthcare business unit from April 2023 to October 2024, overseeing the Central Warehouse, Central Fill Pharmacy, Logistics & Distribution Operations, and Customer Service. He was instrumental in managing end-to-end supply chain operations and implementing innovative strategies to strengthen the healthcare business.
From November 2018 to April 2023, Bryce served as the Assistant Director of Supply Chain at ALPS Pte Ltd. In this role, he spearheaded supply chain planning, financial analysis, contracts management, and partner collaboration.
In the early stages of his career, Bryce held critical roles in logistics and supply chain within the SAF, managing overseas logistics and planning large-scale military operations.
Bryce holds a Bachelor of Science in Logistics & Supply Chain Management from SIM University and a Diploma in Electrical Engineering from Ngee Ann Polytechnic.
