Ms Fazarina Binte Muhammad Nor, General Manager of SSW Food Solutions joined the company in March 2013, as the General Manager of Operations where she brought with her 26 years of experience in the Logistics and Supply Chain industry. She manages site operations, overseeing throughput, value-added services, and product storage within the physical warehouse. This entails coordinating equipment, personnel, and processes, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Her career began in 1997 with Emery Worldwide, now GXO Logistics Asia Pacific Pte Ltd. Over the years, she progressed through various roles in logistics and operations management, showcasing her dedication and leadership. She later assumed roles in Operations Support and became a Group Manager overseeing multiple sites and a substantial workforce. Fazarina has managed diverse customers in hi-tech and FMCG verticals.
She is recognized as an accomplished management professional, known for her leadership, strong customer relationships, and commitment to excellence. Her confidence, motivation, and dedication to high-quality output are distinguishing traits that have contributed significantly to her successful career in the logistics and supply chain industry.
Fazarina holds a Diploma in Logistics and Operations Management from Temasek Polytechnic. She is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Business.
