Mr Clement Teo is the Group Chief Executive Officer of SSW, where he leads the Group’s strategic direction, business growth, and organisational transformation. With more than 35 years of leadership experience, Clement has built a distinguished career spanning corporate development, operations management, sales and marketing, and strategic development. He is passionate about developing people, fostering innovation, and building a high-performing organisation that delivers sustainable value for customers, employees, and stakeholders.

Prior to joining SSW, Clement spent over three decades with the ST Engineering Group, where he held a series of senior leadership appointments across diverse businesses. In his final role as Senior Vice President and Head of Operations for Digital Systems, he played a key role in driving operational excellence, strengthening corporate governance, and leading transformation initiatives. Earlier in his career, he successfully expanded the Group’s Data Centre business to three state-of-the-art facilities while delivering sustained revenue and profitability growth.

Beyond his corporate responsibilities, Clement also serves on the Board of the Kampung Senang Charity and Education Foundation in a voluntary capacity, contributing his leadership experience to support the organisation’s charitable and community initiatives.

Clement holds a First-Class Honours Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Sheffield and a Graduate Diploma in Marketing from the Marketing Institute of Singapore.
