Ms Lim Choon Noi serves on the Board of SSW Group as a member and Chairman of the  Audit & Risk Committee. She is also a Board member and Audit and Risk Chairman for Trusted Services Pte Ltd, a board member of Human Capital Learning Institute Pte Ltd, T-Prep Pte Ltd and Temasek Management Services Pte Ltd.

In addition to the Board roles, she also provides advisory and consultancy services to enterprises and start-up companies in the area of corporate governance and internal controls.  She also volunteered her services to non-profit organisations, previously to the Singapore Red Cross Society and is now serving on the Board & Audit and Risk Committee at the Home Nursing Foundation.

Choon Noi last held the position of CFO in SingBridge International Pte Ltd and prior to that, she was the Finance Director of Texas Instruments Singapore Pte Ltd. Her broad experience ranged from operational finance, worldwide tax planning, internal controls, corporate governance, compliance and risk management.

Choon Noi graduated with a Bachelor of Accountancy from the National University of Singapore in 1983 and has attained the Master of Education in Nanyang Technological University in 2014. She is a Fellow Chartered Accountant of Singapore.
